Tyrrells award winning chips have a unique home-made taste that’s created by using traditional varieties of potato that are renowned for their flavour.
We are one of the only producers to grow the potatoes on our farm and turn them into chips on the farm in Herefordshire.
The potatoes are individually inspected, sliced and cooked in small batches of sunflower oil; then delicately seasoned whilst still warm.
We are passionate about sustainability at the farm and have numerous projects ongoing for example we have reed beds where we naturally filter the waste peeling water back into the soil and we convert our waste oil into bio fuel!
