This week we have been visiting pubs as requested by our BDMs.
Talbot, Stone
The new tenant is looking to start food in the evenings, we helped with menu ideas, dish costing and how to register as a food business.
Kings Lock Inn, Middlewich
We advised on the latest legislation on kitchen extraction and standards required by the EHO and also all the free advice and help available on this website.
Brown Bear, Biggleswade
The tenant has catering experience and is looking to start cooking from fresh using local suppliers. We helped with how to do dish costings to ensure they make a profit.
Fox, Pakenham
We helped with some marketing ideas to promote their food trade during the week, such as advertising special theme nights, live music nights etc.
Heywood, Manchester
As the tenant is already doing food, we suggested offering evening meals to maximise food opportunities with their busy karaoke and band nights. We also looked at reducing the extensive lunch time menu to make it easier to manage.
