We advised the tenant on what suppliers to use to ensure they benefit from the huge discounts for Admiral pubs. We also looked at menu styles and helped with filling in the SFBB pack - remember it is not enough to have the pack, it must be filled in!
Rolling Mill, Abertillery
The new tenant wanted help to get started with food and advise on equipment. We advised the tenant on work required in the kitchen and the correct procedures when starting serving food to ensure they are compliant with the law.
