We have done a free training day and visits to pubs as requested by our BDMs.
River View, Liverpool
We did a free training day on new menu ideas, salads & pasta and to how to improve lunch service.
Hole in The Wall, Caernarfon
We discussed food options with the tenant and BDM prior to the pub having a refurbishment. We will be visiting again if the work goes ahead.
Ship Hotel, Flint
We were asked to help give an estimate of costs with recommended suppliers to install a kitchen at this pub and are now awaiting approval.
Greyhound, Dartford
Having recently started Sunday lunches the tenants are now looking to expand the food with a lunch & early evening menu. We helped with menu ideas and dish costings.
