More visits to our pubs this week requested by your BDM or the tenant.
Joyful Whippet, Lancing
The tenants already serve food to the pool teams and we helped with ideas to expand the offering using the existing small kitchen. We are also going to be coming back to do training on Safer Food Better Business.
Egremont Hotel, Worthing
We advised the tenants on work required to make the kitchen operational and the free support available on this website.
Avenue Hotel, Portsmouth
The tenant has started doing sandwiches and is looking to progress to Sunday lunches and then food available during the day. We suggested some menu ideas and what would be required to serve food and this is now being actioned by the tenant.
Ducie Bridge, Manchester
Currently serving snacks the new tenant wanted help and ideas to serve full meals. We went through menu layout, dish costings and EHO requirements.
Cross Pipes, Otley
To get the tenant started with food we helped with posters and a banner to market the food offer.

We advised on kitchen/EHO standards required for food service area in this busy drinking pub.

The manager needed help with equipment and food suppliers and we put them in touch with suppliers we work with to benefit from great Admiral discounts.
