Another training day this week and visits to our pubs with our BDMs.
Old Bell, Sawbridgeworth
The tenant wanted advice following a recent EHO visit on work to be done in the kitchen and ideas for a low wastage menu.
Elmtree Tavern, Peterborough
The tenants are looking to start Sunday lunches soon, and we advised on lunch & evening menu ideas, dish costing and all the free support materials available on this website.
Rose & Crown, Manea
We helped the tenant with ideas for quick & easy bar snack food so they can still serve food whilst the kitchen is repaired.
Sovereign, Coventry
We helped the tenants with ideas for snack food such as baguettes & burgers without having to spend much intially to get started.
Millhouse, Thatcham
With a new chef just started we were able to suggest some menu ideas, showed dish costings, sample menus & cleaning schedules. As they have now started doing food we gave them a banner to help advertise their new menu!
Black Prince, Newport

Gough Arms, Ystradgyniais
We advised the tenant on kitchen layout and organisation which they are now implementing. We will be visiting again when this has been done to look at menu ideas.
