A total of 11 units should be achieved for the full NVQ (level 2)

Plus a minimum of 4 units from Option A:
includes preparing, cooking and finishing a range of dishes and products
Plus a minimum of 3 units from Option B:
includes kitchen procedures, orders & deliveries etc
