Arrack- Middle East; carraway seeds
Campari- Italy: herb & orange peel
Angostura bitters- Trinidad; rum
Fernet Brancea- bitters flavoured with herbs & orange peel
Bitters- spirits flavoured with barks, herbs and roots which are always bitter on the palate; may be used as aperitifs or digestifs (drunk before or after a meal)
