The Cask Marque scheme is a non profit making organisation which ensures the highest quality of cask ale is sold in their member’s pubs.
Admiral Taverns would encourage you to become a member to this scheme. Having the Cask Marque sign displayed outside your pub tells your customers that they are guaranteed to get a great pint of cask ale!
Cask Marque will visit you unannounced twice a year to make sure that the standards are kept. People passing your pub will know that they will enjoy quality cask ales from you.
