EXCITE- top shelf/ eye line, drive visibility and sales (high margins)
eg: Corona, Jacques
CORE- middle shelf, high turnover eg: Becks, Magners
MAINTAIN- bottom shelf, consumer recall eg: Budweiser, Newcastle Brown Ale, Holsten Pils

Check the temperature is correct at 2-5°C
Make sure that you leave stock in the fridge for long enough to chill down thoroughly 4-6 hours
Make sure fridge doors are closed properly at all times when not in use
Stock a range of products that is in demand from your customers and aimed at customers you would like to attract
Stock some well known brands for new customers so that they see recognisable products
Display products in blocks of at least three not just in one or two lines
Bottles should not be damaged in any way including labels
Labels should all be facing the front
Make sure that when you are stocking your fridges that you follow FIFO ie: the products that have the shortest life are at the front
Clean the display window of your fridge daily to maximise the impact of your products
